MOL consolidates HK logistics affiliates
MOL will integrate three affiliated logistics companies in Hong Kong on January 1 next year. (12/12/2001)The three affiliates are MOL
Logistics (HK) Ltd (formerly MO Air International (HK) Ltd), an air and
ocean freight forwarder; Hong Kong Logistics Co., Ltd, which handles
warehousing and ocean freight forwarding; and Japan Express (HK) Ltd.,
which specialised in ocean freight forwarding and international household
removals.
The integrated company will become the ninth company renamed to reflect
the MOL Logistics brand name, and is positioned to play a key role in
promoting MOL's upgraded services covering Hong Kong and South China, the
company said.
